We will meet on Tuesdays from 4pm ET - 6pm ET starting on 1/7/25.

As long as even one person signs up for the program, we will start meeting. Those who are the first to sign up get more engagement with Heather!

We meet will meet 1x/week at first: Tuesdays from 4pm-6pm ET. As the group grows, we may add another time, likely Thursday from 12n-2pm ET. This will be to provide flexibility to those who need it, and to accommodate the needs of a larger number of people.

The first part of the meeting will be to talk about a topic of marketing. The second part will be a co-working "Power Hour", where you work on some aspect of your marketing. We reconvene at the end of the 2-hour meeting to talk about how you did.

The meetings will be recorded and posted in the online community.

The main part of this format is to ensure you have time each week to get your marketing work done. No excuses! And you're not doing this alone.

Heather will provide you with 3 free 1-hour long sessions to review and update your marketing strategy.

You will also receive discounts on any workshops or other programs offered by Media & Marketing Academy through the end of 2025.

Our program is designed for all levels. Whether you're a novice or have some experience, Small Business Marketing Mastery will provide valuable insights and practical skills to enhance your marketing efforts.

Each time we meet, we will discuss a new marketing concept with you. We will talk about it, and then give you some time to implement your marketing for that next week. So if you are brand new and feel stuck, you can ask questions to Heather and the group for help. There are no stupid questions!

We know that you, as a small business owner, are very busy and your days can be crazy. That's why we developed the format of this program as we did - to offer you the flexibility to come and go as you please. 

Come as often as you want. Some people may need more support than others, which is why we want to increase the group to 2x/week once enough people join.

We also post a recording of the meeting in the online community.

Heather Foster will ask you to fill out a questionnaire. The questionnaire will have questions about your business and the current state of your marketing.

Heather will use that information to help create content that will help you.

After you complete the questionnaire, you will schedule a time to meet with Heather via Zoom. In that. meeting, Heather will ask you some follow-up questions based on the answers of your questionnaire. You can ask Heather some marketing-specific questions as it pertains to your business.

You will be automatically charged once per month, starting the day you sign up.

If you decide to leave the group, you can cancel any time.

The tone is serious enough to get though our agenda, while being in a casual and friendly environment.

There's enough to get stressed out on any given day. Heather Foster has a work hard/play hard approach to business. In fact, many of her corporate clients say she is thorough, strategic, and pleasant to work with. Some clients have even told her she makes work "fun!"

Let's face it: a supportive environment shouldn't be run by a drill sergeant. Let's talk about marketing and get some work done.

We'll run all of the meetings on Zoom, so just come in whenever. Heather will let you in when you get there.

If you have to leave early, that's OK too!

Just remember that your progress may be compromised if you don't put enough time or effort into this program.

Heather will come up with an agenda, based on intake forms, onboarding meetings, market trends, and what she thinks the group needs at that time.

She may present on a particular marketing topic, or invite a guest speaker to do so.

She may also use the time for general discussion with the group, or "hot seat" sessions where individuals are called on.

Yes! There will be some recorded video content in your account that you can access whenever you want.

This content will consist of general marketing knowledge you can refer to whenever you need. Over time, new content and meeting recordings will be included in your online account.

Heather will not give you any homework, per se. However, she may provide you with templates, documents and other resources that will help you handle your marketing more effectively. These resources will be located online.
