- Getting guidance on marketing best practices, such as with social media, email marketing, or how to package an offer.
- Reviewing a document, such as a marketing plan or social media content calendar, to make sure you didn't miss anything.
- Reviewing a plan for a small ad campaign.
- Bouncing general marketing ideas off of Heather to get her feedback.
- Determining which contractor to hire for an upcoming website redesign, or social media campaign.
- Preparing an events strategy for the next holiday season.
No need to go it alone. Heather is here to help you with your marketing and give you the support you need!
What Should You Expect?
Here's what to expect:
- After you pay for your session, you'll receive an email with a link to Heather's calendar. Book a time that works for you.
- You will receive a link to an intake form. Please fill it out and submit your responses to Heather no less than 3 business days beforehand, so she has time to review everything. Failure to do so may result in Heather not having time to review, or only partially review, your documents. If you can't complete your intake form no less than 3 business days prior, you should reschedule to a later time.
- You can send documents to Heather in advance. As with the intake form, be sure not to send them any less than 3 business days prior.
- If you can't make the time you originally scheduled, feel free to reschedule. (You'll receive instructions on how to reschedule.)
- Be prepared with your questions to make full use of your time!
- There are no refunds: If you can't make the time you originally scheduled, you can reschedule. If the meeting ends early, it ends early. There are no refunds for unused time, nor can that unused time be applied to a future meeting.
- You can bring up to 2 other members of your team to the session.
- The meeting will occur virtually on Zoom, and will not be recorded.
- Be ready to take lots of notes!
If, after the meeting, you decide you may need more marketing support, discuss that with Heather. You can either book another 60-Minute Session, or you can discuss a longer engagement. If she feels she is the right person to help you, she will. If she can't, she may be able to refer you to a subject matter expert who can.
What this meeting is NOT:
Please don't book a meeting to discuss any of the following topics:
Finances, loans, grants, taxes, legal, HR, operations.
Heather Foster is not qualified to advise you on any of these topics. She will talk to you only about marketing topics.
Heather Foster is well-versed in various marketing programs and softwares. However, she doesn't allow any 60-minute sessions be used to be used for trainings or implementation. There are many subject matter experts who are qualified to help you with this type of matter, who would be cheaper than $100/hour.
